GRIEF CAMP is an ensemble dramedy. The tone is a mix of Remarkably Bright Creatures, Wild, and a dash of The Big Chill.
An unconventional grief counselor who lost her husband and children in a car accident, bets everything on turning her farm into a retreat for people who are stuck in their grief. Her method isn't sympathy and hand-holding. It's straight-talk, hikes, and shovels.
Six resistant strangers arrive prepared to leave the same way they came. There is the firefighter who lost his leg and everything he was in the LA fires and is sick of hearing how lucky he is. A Michelin star chef who lost his sense of smell and taste during Covid. An elite climber who was holding the rope when her partner fell. A rich socialite still dressing for a life she's no longer living. And a bestselling author, famous for a book about holding his wife's hand as she died, but he wasn't even in town.
Then there's the professional griever. A woman who has attended 30 years of grief workshops and has no intention of moving forward. She turns out to be a gift and a warning. Through her, the rest of the campers get a front-row seat to what staying mired in grief forever looks like.
Through hard work and humor, the group learns that there are no Grief Olympics, healing is messy and that it is finally time to bury the grief that no one brings casseroles for.
One location, seven fantastic roles, and a finished script. We have a really good pitch deck and a finished script to you?
RACE TO RESURRECTION
A WWII espionage thriller | Drama | PG-13
1943. Churchill and Roosevelt are desperate to get a man inside Hitler’s most dangerous secret—the V-2 rocket program at Peenemünde.
An OSS officer proposes Operation Mirror. He finds a young American officer who is the spitting image of the SS colonel who runs security at Peenemünde. In a daring swap, the American takes the SS officer’s place, while the real Nazi is locked away in a fake German village in Scotland.

At Peenemünde, our American hero lives as the man he despises. He falls for a French translator who is secretly working for the Soviets. And together they pull off the impossible—delivering Wernher von Braun and 127 rocket scientists into American hands.
Then the real SS officer escapes and heads back to Peenemünde to reclaim his name, his post, and his life. As the Russians close in, the two men collide while the building collapses around them.
Forty-five years later, a son who believed his father died in the war comes face-to-face with not one man claiming to be his father, but two. One of them is his father. The other has come to finish his revenge—by stealing the American’s identity the way the American once stole his.
RACE TO RESURRECTION is Face/Off meets Bridge of Spies. It’s a story about what’s left of a man after he’s spent his life being someone else, and whether he can save his son and find himself.

After a ruthless Chicago developer flees his father’s hospital room, he gets hit by a car, at the airport and finds himself stuck in his childhood bedroom, being taken care of by the parents he’s ignored for the past twenty years.
A ruthless Chicago developer who’s bribing a city inspector to skip the wheelchair ramps on his luxury hotel schedules his parents for exactly eight minutes a month—and has no idea they spend every call playing Bingo on his worst habits. When his father has a heart attack, he flies home to Charleston just long enough to be seen, then races for the airport and gets flattened by a car. Now he’s in a wheelchair, stuck in his childhood bedroom with a catheter, a no-nonsense therapist who won’t take his crap, and the two people he’s spent twenty years avoiding. Worse, his long-suffering assistant shows up to help and quickly becomes his parents’ golf buddy, poker pal, and the son they always wanted. To get back on his feet, he’ll have to stop shutting everyone out, face the family secret that drove him away, and fix the hotel he built for everyone but people like him—because learning to walk again turns out to be the easy part.
RELUCTANT CAREGIVERS marries the bickering banter and forced-homecoming fun of The Proposal with the unlikely, laugh-through-the-pain friendship of The Upside.
