2. I’ll verify your information and respond. Because scammers have been using agents’ names and photos, I take time to confirm every inquiry is genuine. I will never ask for a fee until we’ve agreed to work together. Please do not send money to anyone based on an email, even if it uses my name. (Read my Scam Alert to learn how to protect yourself.)

3. We’ll talk. I'll reach out to set up a conversation about you and your story.

4. We’ll decide together. If we're a good fit, we'll go from there.
